There are these beautiful flowers in bushes all around where I live. I picked this cluster today and decided it needed to be immortalized in a photograph.

It’s been a loooooong time since I’ve posted anything, but to break my fast I give you a photo of a dead plant I found. Fascinating.

The title pretty much says it all.

So I was about done eating this carrot, and the thought occurred to me, “I should photograph this.”

It tasted good.

This one was too beautiful to pass up. So I picked it off the bush, effectively killing it. Oh well, hope you enjoy the photo.

I want my next project to be an animation utilizing flowers, so I am beginning the testing phase to work out exposure and post-processing.

I built a simple blackbox out of foamboard so I could photograph objects on an isolated background.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with my first test.
